Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to the opportunity to put my 25 years of sales and service experience to work for you. Buying a house is one of the most important financial decisions we make in our lifetime, and my actuarial background has given me the financial mathematical knowledge and experience to assist people in making this decision. I provide and guarantee two important priorities - service and integrity. I will work diligently on your behalf to ensure all of your real estate needs are met and exceeded.

I have been living in Waterloo for over 14 years now and I am very familiar with the Kitchener/Waterloo area, the schools, activities, recreational facilities, opportunities, etc. This helps me to market your property effectively and bring you the highest value possible when selling! 

In addition, I am an Accredited Buyer's representative (ABR) and an Accredited Senior's Agent (ASA) - so have completed specific additional training in these areas.  I have much experience both assisting buyers, and assisting people with the unique challenges of "downsizing".  If you are thinking about downsizing, but not sure where to start - just give me a call!  Also, I offer a unique program to those moving to the KW area.
